From 1973 to about 1986 I was quite active in the Upstate New York Post Card Club. In 1974 the club decided to have an annual post card show. I was willing to produce the advertising cards on my small printing press for the first five shows. 

    The third annual show had this card. It was plain type with no illustration. The reverse had my eagle imprint in red ink and the statement: "Another special advertising card by Avis Stamp & Post Card Cos. [#5]

    The cards were 3½" x 5½". 1,000 cards were printed.
