    This card was produced to advertise the store that I opened in Glens Falls, NY.

    The card was continental size (4" x 6") and was Dist. by Avis Cards, 9 Ridge St., Glens Falls, NY 12801. The lower left reverse shows the number A002, indicating that it was the second advertising post card for this business venture.

    There were 3,000 cards printed in July 2011 with a WHITE 48¢ on the front of the card instead of the first printing which had a RED 48¢. No large quantities were given to any specific location, thus the cards were available for a longer period of time than the first printing.
