Here is a better photo of the Governor's Mansion located in downtown Albany. This replaced card #412 which was in the old 3½" x 5½" size.

    The cards are 4" x 6". The publisher was Dexter Press in West Nyack, NY. The edge of the card is rough (deckle edge). There is a straight line down the center of the reverse of the card. In the lower left corner is shown Dist. by Avis Post Card Co., the card number 84645-D, Photo courtesy N.Y.S.O.G.S. and my card/stock number 528.

    6,750 cards were delivered on August 15, 1983.
