THERE WAS NO CARD #415. I had planned on the fountains at the Empire State Plaza at night, but the publisher didn't think it was "good enough" for a card, so cancelled it. I never replaced that number, and #416 was the last card that I made of Albany in the 3˝" x 5˝" size. This card was the result of another customer. I had taken this picture just before the road signs were put up, which would have blocked the view. This card was published in both 3˝" x 5˝" and 4" x 6" sizes (see card #523). The cards are 3˝" x 5˝". The publisher was Plastichrome® by Colourpicture. The card is ©1977 by Avis Post Card Co. The card number shown is P311243 and my code number 416 is shown in the lower left corner. 12,650 cards were delivered on April 4, 1977. |
