When I purchased the Princlys card inventory, I thought I had all of the customers in the Albany area. Quickly I found out otherwise. I knew that the New York State Museum was moving to a new location on July 1, 1976, and I was determined to create a post card of the building in time for their opening, with the hope that they would be a customer. Fortunately the cards arrived just in time, and eventually, I had this account - which sold more of my cards than at any other location. The cards are 3˝" x 5˝". The publisher was Plastichrome® by Colourpicture. The card is ©1976 by Avis Post Card Co. The card number shown is P81993 and I believe that my card #406 shows on the second and third printings. 12,650 cards were delivered on June 29, 1976. |
