I produced many cards for the New York State Museum Gift Shop while I had that account. This was the first. All of the later cards are copyrighted by either the University of the State of New York or by Kodak for the Tricentennial photograph.
The cards are 4" x 6". The publisher was MWM Dexter of Aurora, Missouri. The card number shown is 762-E. Dist. by Avis Post Card Co.
7,050 cards were delivered Dec. 9, 1986.
After I lost the NYS Museum account, the same card was reprinted by Joe Connors by permission. The descriptive typestyle is larger and his Dist. by Joe Connors is shown on the centerline.
